The Universitas Foundation and Universitas Management Inc. have the support of important individuals who play a
key role in the supervision of financial and other internal controls, in the decision making and in determining
investment policies.
To achieve this, four committees have been formed.

> Certification and Independent Review Committee (The Universitas Foundation)
In general, this committee helps the Foundation to fulfil its responsibilities regarding the supervision of financial
controls and ensures that the Foundation and its subsidiary present financial information and manage financial risks
according to the legal and regulatory requirements.

In general, the Executive Committee treats urgent questions which require a quick decision,
except for those which prohibited by the laws governing the Foundation.

> Investment Committee (The Universitas Foundation)
In general, the Investment Committee develops and adopts the investment and matching policies of the Foundation.
It ensures that its policies are respected, in the interests of subscribers and beneficiaries of the Foundation.
It is responsible for mandating, evaluating and , if necessary, removing the investment managers
