Congratulations to Celeste Chiasson, 1 month old, from Chateauguay, the winner of the contest “Le Rendez-vous des Bedaines 2009”.

Thanks to her mother Line Parent, she won a $ 5,000 Scholarship from Universitas Trust Funds !
