Certain SEDAR Filings Postponed

The REFLEX, UNIVERSITAS and INDIVIDUAL scholarship plans (the “plans”) promoted by the Kaleido Foundation and invested by Kaleido Growth Inc. will take advantage of the blanket relief announced by securities regulators (DECISION No. 2020-PDG-0024). Consequently, the following documents will be filed with SEDAR and published on the Kaleido Foundation and Kaleido Growth Inc. website no later than 45 days following March 30, 2020:

• The plans’ annual financial statements and the audit report required under section 2.2 of Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure (“Regulation 81-106”).
• The annual management reports of fund performance required under section 4.3 of Regulation 81-106.
• The Independent Review Committee’s report required under section 4.4 of Regulation 81-107 respecting Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds.
